Return & Refund Policy

We accept return or cancellation requests before your order has been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations.

To request a cancellation or return before shipment, please contact us immediately at chornarin0@gmail.com with your order number. We'll do our best to process your request before the order leaves our warehouse.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to cancel your order before shipment and place a new order for the correct item.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason, provided the item has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at chornarin0@gmail.com.

Refunds Once your cancellation or return is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at chornarin0@gmail.com.
